The Role: As a Hospitality Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience for guests within hospitality suites and event areas.
Key Responsibilities
Serving food and refreshments to guests
Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
Welcoming and assisting visitors and exhibitors
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of hospitality areas
Supporting the wider hospitality team throughout the event
Ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience What We're Looking For
Confident, friendly, and professional individuals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous hospitality, catering, events, retail, or customer service experience is desirable
Well-presented and approachable manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Team player with a strong work ethic
Important Information: No parking is available onsite, so applicants must be able to travel to and from the venue using public transport or alternative arrangements.
