The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
A welcoming and supportive school in Enfield is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a young boy with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the pupil throughout the school day, helping him access learning, develop social skills, and build confidence within the classroom environment.
The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will implement strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning. You will work collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO, parents, and external professionals to ensure the pupil receives consistent and effective support.
