Pay Rate: £14.44 - £16.00 per hour (dependent on skill level)

We are currently recruiting Skilled and Semi-Skilled Caravan Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in the HU7 area of Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive pay and a long weekend every week.
The Role
You will be involved in the build and finishing of luxury caravans, working as part of a skilled production team. Duties will include a variety of tasks across the production line, such as:
Operating a range of hand tools and saws
Roofing and cladding installation
Furnishing and interior fitting
Snagging and finishing work
Basic assembly and fitting tasks
Working from basic drawings or instructions
Ensuring high standards of quality and workmanship
We're Looking For
Previous experience in caravan manufacturing, joinery, construction, or similar environments (desirable but not essential for semi-skilled roles)
Confidence in using hand tools and power tools
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliability and a positive attitude
