We are currently working in partnership with a primary and secondary SEN setting in Oldham to recruit dedicated and passionate SEN Teachers for September starts.
This is an exciting opportunity for Primary-trained teachers with an SEN specialism who are looking to make a meaningful impact in supportive and well-resourced environments. Both long-term contract and permanent positions are available.
The Role
* Deliver tailored lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Adapt curriculum content to meet individual learning styles and abilities
* Support pupils with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders
* Create a structured, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting strategies where needed
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
* Primary teaching background with SEN experience or specialism
* Experience working in SEN or specialist settings
* Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and EHCPs
* Patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
* Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
