Team Retail (Retail)

Rapid Personnel are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our client based in Ashampstead. This is a pivotal position within their retail operations to support the shop running efficiently and maintaining strong levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers

* Inspire and upsell products to customers

* Delegate & manage daily tasks with team members

* Ensure all team members are utilising their time efficiently

* Assist with product ordering and maintain product stock levels

* Checking deliveries thoroughly to ensure correct stock input

* Uphold shop / cafe cleanliness and product display

* Ensure health and safety processes are being properly adhered to

Requirements

* Previous experience working within retail or hospitality setting required

* Team management experience desirable

* Ability to use own initiative and direct others

* Interested in a long-term permanent position

* Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday

* 40 hours per week

* £30,000 per annum

* Immediate start
