Proclinical is seeking a Distribution Centre Operative to support accurate stock movement, picking, packing, and dispatch activities within a healthcare supply chain environment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a patient-focused mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently. The position offers two shift patterns and is based in Burgess Hill. Reliable transport is essential due to limited public transport options.

Responsibilities:

Perform accurate stock movement, including picking, packing, and dispatching items.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Contribute to the smooth operation of the healthcare supply chain.
Collaborate with team members while also being capable of working independently.
Adhere to safety and operational protocols at all times.
