The Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be a vital part of their mission to deliver exceptional service to customers. Your role will involve ensuring their insurance needs are met with care, precision, and expert advice. Key responsibilities include:
* Handling both inbound and outbound calls to process policy transactions.
* Ensuring accuracy in customer and policy details, making updates when required.
* Advising customers on policy options, cover levels, and additional extras.
* Addressing general queries, including those related to letters and policy details.
* Providing clear, concise information on both new and existing policies.
* Adhering to compliance regulations and call scripts with precision.
* Identifying customer vulnerabilities and offering tailored support and solutions.
* Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
* Completing required CPD hours to stay at the forefront of industry knowledge.
