We are looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team, ensuring the upkeep and safety of guest accommodation and on-site facilities through effective maintenance and problem-solving.
What you'll be doing
Respond to maintenance callouts and resolve issues promptly
Carry out general and planned preventative maintenance tasks
Record and communicate incomplete work and potential future problems
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Your working hours
Full-time contract, with working hours of 8:30am to 5pm
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes weekends and bank holidays
About you
Full Driving Licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
Practical working knowledge and experience in general maintenance
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
