We're looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our cleaning services. You will lead and motivate a team, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and support training and development initiatives.
What you'll be doing
Oversee Housekeeping operations for public and communal areas across the village
Lead, train and develop team members to maintain high standards of service
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently achieved
Monitor and meet departmental targets for efficiency and quality

Your working hours
Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 5am and midnight.
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
