Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within Children's Residential Services looking for your next opportunity?
BRB Recruit is working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded organisation in Preston that is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of its children's residential homes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable Registered Manager who is committed to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home.
* Ensure the home operates in line with all relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards.
* Promote positive outcomes and safeguarding for children and young people.
* Lead, develop, and support the staff team.
* Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements and regulatory expectations.
* Drive continuous improvement across the service.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager within a children's residential setting.
* Hold a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Children's Residential Care.
* Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
* Strong knowledge of children's residential regulations and quality standards.
* Ability to meet and maintain Regulation 28 and Ofsted requirements.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Salary & Benefits
