Teaching Assistant

The role encompasses general classroom support alongside providing one-to-one assistance to pupils, ideally with experience in Additional Learning Needs (ALN). Key Attributes of the Ideal Teaching Assistant

First Aid experience and qualifications are highly desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
Level 3 NVQ or CACHE qualification or above (preferred but not essential).
Familiarity with ELSA or Thrive programmes (preferred but not essential).
A caring, empathetic, and patient approach.
