How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Ongoing contractA welcoming and inclusive primary school in Haringey is seeking a mature, resilient, and highly experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

    This rewarding role will involve providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), alongside delivering targeted interventions to support pupils' academic, social, and communication development.

    The RoleAs a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual targets.

    Morning ResponsibilitiesSessions 1 & 2

    Provide 1:1 support for a Year 6 pupil with an EHCP.
    Support language development and learning needs associated with dyslexia.
    Adapt learning activities and resources to maximise engagement and progress.Session 3

    Support a Year 3 pupil with an EHCP and a range of additional needs, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Noonan syndrome, speech and language difficulties, and dyspraxia.
    Implement personalised strategies to support learning, communication, and emotional regulation.Afternoon Responsibilities
    Deliver targeted intervention programmes to support academic progress, communication skills, and social development.
    Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff to inform future planning and support.The Ideal CandidateThe school is looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant who can:
