How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Graphic Designer

    Location: Sywell, Northamptonshire
    Full-time | On-site | Job ref: 2D001 | Closing date: 30th June 2026

    About the role

As a Graphic Designer at Elevations, you’ll be an important part of our creative team, helping bring ideas to life across a range of projects for clients in the UK and internationally.

You’ll work closely with designers, project managers, and the wider team, supporting the development of visual concepts and producing thoughtful, well-crafted design work. From early ideas through to final artwork, you’ll have the opportunity to learn by doing and gain valuable experience, build confidence, and develop your creative skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their design career who’s curious, enthusiastic, and keen to grow. You’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, take increasing ownership of your work overtime, and learn from experienced colleagues who care about quality, collaboration, and doing things properly.

    What you’ll be doing

    *

Supporting the 2D team with the development of visual concepts across a range of projects

    *

Producing design artwork across print and digital, with guidance from more experienced designers

    *

Preparing files for production and ensuring artwork is accurate and well organised

    *

Making design amends and refinements in response to feedback

    *

Helping maintain brand consistency across different projects and touchpoints

    *

Organising and managing design files, assets, and templates

    *

Collaborating closely with colleagues and partners

    *

Contributing ideas and helping improve how we work

    *

Occasional site visits in the UK and abroad.

    What we’re looking for
    A Creative Wingmate!

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will play a key role in supporting the 2D team in the creation and checking of visual assets for physical and digital spaces within exhibition environments.

You’ll collaborate with our 3D, CAD, Project Management & Workshop teams to deliver high-quality graphics that align with the objectives and brand guidelines of our clients.

    *

A genuine enthusiasm for design and a curiosity to keep learning

    *

Care and pride in your work, with a strong eye for detail

    *

A positive, open mindset and a willingness to take on feedback

    *

An interest in how design ideas translate into real-world experiences

    *

Confidence to ask questions and contribute ideas, even at an early stage

    *

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively

    *

A collaborative approach and enjoyment of working as part of a team

    *

An appreciation for quality, consistency, and doing things properly

    What we offer
We believe people do their best work when they feel supported. In return for your contribution, we offer:

    *

    A supportive, people-first working environment

    *

Opportunities to learn, grow, and develop

    *

A collaborative team culture built on trust

    *

    Competitive salary (dependent on experience)

    *

    Workplace pension

    *

    25 days annual leave
