We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator to join our client's finance team in Enfield. Working in a team of 5 this is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach who enjoys working in a fast-paced finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping
* Process purchase invoices and credit notes accurately and within deadlines
* Allocating payments
* Perform basic financial reconciliations and ensure accurate data entry.
* Update and maintain financial records and filing systems
* Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve account queries
* Support the Finance team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Experience using accounting software such as Sage 200 is advantageous – training will be provided
