Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 15:00 (42.5 hours per week)

About the Role:
Our Client is seeking a motivated and hands‑on Production Operative to join their manufacturing team, working specifically on assembly machines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and an interest in production to join a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
Working within the Production team, you will play a key role in ensuring products are assembled efficiently, to a high standard, and in line with daily production targets. This is a physically active role suited to someone who enjoys practical, on‑the‑floor work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and support assembly machinery to produce finished products
* Carry out a range of production tasks including assembling and packaging
* Maintain equipment to reduce downtime and maximise efficiency
* Ensure all work meets required quality standards
* Follow health and safety procedures and promote a safe working environment
* Support LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement activity
* Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work area
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet daily production targets
* Contribute to team meetings and ongoing improvement initiatives
About You:
* Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Proactive, reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work
* Basic IT skills and ability to follow processes accurately
