Applications are welcome from ambitious graduates who want to embark on their first role in recruitment. We will also be considering applications from more experienced resourcers who are looking for a new challenge where they can progress into a consultant's positon. Our aim is for the successful resourcer to progress to a consultant role within their first 6 months depending on how quickly they learn.

Role responsibilities
180 Recruitment Role - Resourcing side
Advertising on job boards & CV searching
Pre-screening candidates
Completing compliance checks to a Gold Standard
Meeting candidates face to face for registration
Liaising with consultants to place your candidates in bookings
