We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (SEN) to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Working closely with teachers and the SEND team, you will help pupils access learning, build confidence, develop independence, and celebrate success every day.
What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs
Help pupils engage positively in lessons and school life
Support emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour strategies
Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Contribute to EHCP outcomes and support plans

Ideal Experience
Working with children or young people

£90.00 - £100.00 per day
