Provide 1:1 and small-group support across KS3 and KS
Support students with a range of learning and additional needs
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Promote engagement, confidence and independence in learning
Work closely with SEN and pastoral teams to support student progress
Help implement individual support plans and classroom strategiesIdeal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with young people in an educational, care or support setting
Confidence working within a secondary school environment
A patient, proactive and adaptable approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice
Experience supporting SEN students is desirableLocation & Transport - Hackney, East London
