Salary: £18.50 - £19.50 per hour (£38,480 - £40,560 per annum) + Overtime at 1.5x
Location: Near West Byfleet (but moving to Woking within 6-12 months)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30

Syntech Recruitment are supporting a well-established precision engineering manufacturer who are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join their growing machine shop team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a programmer, setter and operator who enjoys working to tight tolerances and machining challenging materials including Inconel, Titanium, Hastelloy and Duplex alloys.

What You'll Be Doing
* Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines
* Producing precision-engineered components to tight tolerances
* Machining exotic materials including Inconel, Titanium and Hastelloy
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
* Selecting tooling, speeds, feeds and machining strategies
* Carrying out in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment
* Troubleshooting machining issues and making adjustments as required
* Maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
* Working safely and efficiently within a precision engineering environment
What We're Looking For
* Previous CNC Turning experience
* CNC programming, setting and operating experience
* Experience machining exotic materials or difficult alloys
* Ability to work to tight tolerances
* Strong engineering drawing interpretation skills
* Understanding of GD&T
* Experience using inspection equipment
