How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    关于岗位

    三一英国现招聘 服务管理经理(Service Management Manager),工作地点位于英国苏格兰 Coatbridge。我们希望找到的是一位既懂三一挖掘机产品,又具备优秀客户沟通、问题管理和跨部门协调能力的服务管理型人才。您需要能够站在客户体验、服务效率和公司资源整合的角度,推动复杂售后问题得到高质量解决。


    主要职责

    • 负责英国市场重大及复杂售后问题的协调、跟进与闭环管理;
    • 作为客户、英国本地服务团队及中国总部之间的关键沟通窗口;
    • 协调研发、质量、配件、供应链、销售及服务团队资源,推动问题解决;
    • 管理售后服务响应效率,提升客户满意度和品牌信任度;
    • 支持英国本地服务团队的服务能力建设,目前团队规模约20人;
    • 对典型故障、客户投诉、技术问题进行分析总结,推动服务流程优化;
    • 根据业务需要,参与总部培训及海外服务体系建设。


    任职要求

    • 中文母语,英语能够作为工作语言,具备良好的客户沟通及商务表达能力;
    • 熟悉三一挖掘机产品及服务体系;
    • 具备工程机械售后服务、产品支持、技术支持、质量、测试或研发相关经验;
    • 能够独立判断问题优先级,并推动多方资源协同解决;
    • 具备较强的客户意识、责任心和结果导向。


    优先考虑技能

    • 持有服务技能认证,初级及以上优先;
    • 有工程机械产品的服务、研发、测试、质量或产品支持经验;
    • 有海外服务、海外项目或跨文化沟通经验;
    • 有服务团队管理或复杂售后问题处理经验。


    不适合本岗位的情况

    • 英语无法满足日常工作沟通;
    • 仅具备基础保养、点检、更换配件等初级服务经验;
    • 缺乏客户沟通、问题推动和跨部门协调能力;
    • 只希望从事单一现场维修工作,而不愿承担服务管理职责。
