Key Responsibilities
As Sous Chef, you'll support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen while ensuring exceptional food quality throughout service.
Assist the Head Chef with the overall management of the kitchen
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
Support the team in achieving and exceeding rosette-level expectations
Train, mentor and develop junior kitchen team members
Ensure consistency across all sections during service
Help drive creativity and innovation within the menu offering

Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a strong culinary environment
Experience working to rosette standards is highly desirable
