As a Supply Chain & Export Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining production schedules and work plans
* Using bills of materials to ensure appropriate levels of built items and subassemblies
* Coordinating shipments to and from the EU and worldwide, ensuring full compliance with import and export procedures
* Liaising with customers to clear shipments efficiently
* Producing various reports, including technical documentation and production performance data
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date records
Requirements for the Supply Chain Coordinator:
* Fluent German speaker
* Strong communication skills in both English and German (written and verbal)
* Previous experience in a Supply Chain & Export Coordinator role or similar
* Able to commit to a 12-month maternity cover
