Trainee Fabricator

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Fabricator to join our growing team based in Braintree. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with experience in bespoke fabrication, working across a variety of materials including metal, wood, and plastics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fabricate bespoke cabinets to precise specifications

* Work confidently with metal, wood, and plastic materials

* Interpret and work from technical drawings and CAD designs

* Operate machinery

* Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently

* Ensure high standards of quality and finish in all products

* Collaborate with the wider team to meet production deadlines

Work Environment:
This is a workshop-based role, manufacturing specialist products primarily for the pharmacy and medical sectors. Attention to detail and quality is essential due to the nature of the end use.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in cabinet making or similar fabrication role

* Ability to use CAD design packages (preferred but not essential)

* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery

* Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
