We’re looking for caring, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults in their own homes helping them stay safe, independent, and comfortable in the place they love most.
This is relationship-led care, not rushed visits or ticking boxes. You’ll have the time to genuinely support people, build trust, and make a real difference in their day-to-day lives.
You’ll be joining an Outstanding CQC-rated home care provider that believes great care starts with valuing the people who deliver it. With minimum 1-hour visits, paid travel time, and full support from a friendly local office team, you’ll always feel backed in your role.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting with personal care and daily routines
* Preparing meals and assisting with medication
* Helping with shopping, appointments, and errands
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Helping people feel safe, comfortable, and independent at home
What You’ll Receive
* £13.60 per hour Monday to Friday
* £14.60 per hour weekends
* Double pay on bank holidays
* Paid travel time between visits

What You’ll Need
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to a reliable vehicle
* Willingness to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance
* A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
