* We work hard and there’s never a dull moment, but the days are filled with laughter!
* Must be ok working in all weathers, there’s no such thing as bad weather only unsuitable clothing.

* Provide high-quality care and education to children in a caring and nurturing environment.

* Foster effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
