Warehouse Operative

Streamline are currently looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Warehouse Operative to join our client in Sunbury. You will play a key part in receiving and securely storing items, Along with picking and dispatching outbound goods, this will be working not only in an Ambient environment, but also Chilled and Freezer departments. Your responsibilities will also include following health and safety procedures, completing paperwork accurately, and assisting with general warehouse duties. If you have strong numeracy and literacy skills and a willingness to engage in further development and training, we'd love to hear from you. Prior forklift training is beneficial Expired or in-house licenses will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Rota –
Monday – Friday
04:00 - 12:00
or
Sunday to Friday with Tuesday and Saturday off each week
14:00 - 22:00

Duties -
• Follow Health and Safety procedures on site,
• Complete all paperwork to a high standard ensuring pick-once procedures.
• Packing / Unpacking
• Dispatching items.
• General Warehouse Duties.
• Raise any quality issues, including hygiene and damage to management on site.
• Completion of quality control checks.
• Ability to work in Chilled / Freezer environments.
• Manual Handling
• Operating MHE

Requirements -
• ·The ability to safely operate MHE, such as Counterbalance Forklift, PPT, LLOP, Reach truck, ETC.
• PC literate
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements within logistics.
• Ability to follow safety requirements at all times.
• Ability to hit key targets such as pick rates, and accuracy.
• Good level of Math and English.
• Understanding of why PPE must be worn at all times.
• Follow site requirements for PPE
