The Role
Support KS2 pupils in small group interventions
Assist children with varied learning needs
Work closely with class teachers to enhance learning outcomes
Provide tailored support to help students reach their full potential

Experience supporting KS2 pupils in a Primary School setting
Confident delivering small group interventions
Passionate about education and helping pupils succeed
Adaptable, patient, and proactive in the classroom
