Our Press Brake Department is a busy, fast-paced and varied environment, working with a wide range of materials and engineering sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Trainee CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within manufacturing and engineering. Full training will be provided by experienced Press Brake Operators.
Key Responsibilities
* Learn to set up and operate CNC Press Brake machinery under supervision
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times
* Carry out quality checks on components during production
* Work effectively within a small, fast-paced production team
* Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
* Continuously develop skills and knowledge within the role
Candidate Requirements
* Proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
* Good communication skills
* Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work
* Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
* An understanding of engineering drawings would be advantageous but is not essential
Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday
* 6:00am – 6:00pm
