Role OverviewWe are looking for a Store Host / Supervisor with a genuine love for menswear and a natural ability to make customers feel welcome, understood and excited about what they are wearing.
This role sits at the heart of the store experience. It is about hosting with warmth, sharing product knowledge with confidence, and helping customers discover pieces that genuinely work for their lifestyle. From talking through fit and fabric to building full looks and wardrobe solutions, the role requires someone who enjoys the details that make menswear feel special.
Alongside the customer-facing side, this is also a hands-on supervisory position. Day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the running of the store, maintaining strong standards, helping guide the team and making sure the space always feels polished, calm and ready for customers.

This position requires at least 1 year of experience in a retail supervisor, keyholder or similar leadership role, ideally within menswear, fashion, premium retail or a customer-focused environment.

Support and Lead the Store TeamSet the tone on the shop floor through energy, presentation, service and attention to detail.
Work closely with the Store Manager to support the day-to-day rhythm of the store.
Guide and motivate the team during shifts, helping everyone stay focused, confident and commercially aware.
Take ownership of opening and closing procedures when required.
Support new team members with product knowledge, customer service standards and store expectations.
Act as a trusted, positive presence in store, helping create a team culture that feels professional, welcoming and engaged.
Keep the Store Running SmoothlySupport stock management, deliveries, replenishment, transfers and stockroom organisation.
Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards throughout the day.
Ensure the store environment always feels clean, considered, premium and easy to shop.
Assist with till operations, customer orders, exchanges, returns and daily reporting.
Keep an eye on store performance, sales targets and trading priorities.
Balance operational tasks with the instinct to always put the customer experience first.
About the CandidateA genuine passion for menswear is essential, from fit and fabric to styling, silhouettes and the way men dress today.
Previous experience in a retail supervisor, keyholder or leadership role is required, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar position.

Strong product curiosity, commercial awareness and an eye for detail will be key to succeeding in the role.
