Ready to join one of the UK's largest AMP8 water programmes?
We're supporting a major water sector delivery partner with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor to help deliver a substantial portfolio of clean water and wastewater projects across the South East.
This is a long-term contract opportunity offering the chance to work on critical infrastructure investment programmes with a strong pipeline of work extending throughout AMP8.

You'll be joining an established commercial team responsible for delivering a diverse range of non-infrastructure projects, helping to drive commercial performance from project award through to final account.

What you'll be doing
·Managing the commercial performance of multiple non-infrastructure water projects.
·Administering NEC contracts and managing compensation events.
·Preparing valuations, forecasts, cost reports and final accounts.
·Supporting procurement and subcontract management activities.
·Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
·Understanding of M&E and Civil processes
·Working closely with operational and project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
What we're looking for
To be considered, you'll need:
·Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the water, utilities or wider infrastructure sector.
·Strong NEC contract experience.
·Experience working on capital delivery projects.
·Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills.
·A valid CSCS Card.
Experience on AMP frameworks or regulated utility projects would be highly advantageous.
