Recycling Operatives

IMH Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Recycling Operative to join our client’s team working at the Household and Waste Sites at Coalville or. Market Harborough/Kibworth Sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting the public with waste disposal and recycling

* Ensuring waste is sorted into correct bins

* Managing site traffic and providing clear direction

* Maintaining health and safety standards on-site

* Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements:

* UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

* Previous experience in recycling or waste management (preferred)

* Must be able to work summer time hours when hours do change from winter hours.

* Ability to work on a rota basic – including weekends

* Positive, customer-focused attitude.

Coalville Working Hours:

* Thursday: 9am - 7pm

* Friday: 9am - 7pm

* Saturday: 9am - 5pm

* Sunday: 9am - 5pm

* Monday: 9am - 5pm

* Tuesday and Wednesdays: Closed

Market Harborough/Kibworth Hours:

* This will be inline with the 4 days on- 2 days off pattern working across both sites as per the site opening schedules.

* Summer Hours – 9am to 5pm - Sat, Sun, Mon. 9am to 7pm Tues, Weds, Thurs & Fri.

* All roles are £14.00 per hour

* Weekly pay via agency!
