We're recruiting for an experienced Transport Planner to join a busy, high-volume distribution operation in Slough. This role is ideal for someone with strong Paragon experience who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and optimise routes using Paragon
Manage daily transport planning across a high-volume fleet
Maximise vehicle utilisation and service performance
Liaise with drivers, warehouse, and operational teams
Monitor KPIs and resolve planning issues proactively
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and proceduresAbout You
Proven Transport Planning experience within logistics or distribution
Strong working knowledge of Paragon (essential)
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
Transport compliance knowledge is advantageousWhat's on Offer
