Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a major project based in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality projects in challenging live environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the project through to completion, ensuring programme, quality, safety, and client expectations are achieved throughout.
This position offers a minimum of 12 months' work on the current scheme, with a number of additional projects already secured across the South East, providing long-term opportunities for the right individual. We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware Project Manager who can effectively manage site teams, subcontractors, stakeholders, and client relationships while maintaining the highest standards of project delivery.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector
* Live environment experience is essential
* Healthcare project experience is highly desirable
* Strong leadership, programme management, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships effectively
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
The Role:
* Oversee the delivery of a live environment construction project from inception through to completion
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
* Manage project teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
* Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction
