Overview

We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team on a busy construction or refurbishment project. The ideal candidate will be skilled in surface preparation, painting, and finishing, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver high‑quality work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out internal and external painting to a professional standard

Preparing surfaces: sanding, filling, patching, priming

Applying paint, varnish, stain, and protective coatings

Hanging wallpaper or applying decorative finishes (if required)

Ensuring clean edges, smooth finishes, and consistent coverage

Requirements

Proven experience as a Painter on construction, commercial, or residential projects

Strong skills in preparation and finishing

CSCS card (preferred or required depending on site)
