How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the CEO of a financial services industry. This role is based in London West End and requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Description

    Executive Assistant responsibilities:

    Manage complex calendar on behalf of the CEO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    Travel arrangements including organising of global flights, hotels, and ground transportation across different time zones.
    Responsible for some inbox management.
    Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
    Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
    Support with some office management duties.
    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency.Profile

    A successful Executive Assistant should have:

    Proven experience in a similar role supporting at C Suite within the financial services industry.
    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
    High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    Experience with global travel across multiple time zones.
