How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Supply Chain Coordinator | Hull | £40,000

    This isn’t a business standing still.

    Recognised twice as a Times Top 100 company and currently in a significant phase of expansion, the growth story here is real and it’s accelerating fast:

    £38m growth in the last 12 months

    Forecasted £50m growth in the next 12 months

    It’s a fast-paced, ambitious environment where ideas are welcomed, change is encouraged, and you’ll have a genuine opportunity to make an impact.

    The Role

    As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping everything moving.

    You’ll sit at the heart of forecasting, planning, and procurement ensuring products are available when needed, inventory is optimised, and customers receive their orders on time. From seasonal demand peaks to major advertising campaigns, your planning will directly influence business performance.

    This is a role for someone who thrives on pace, takes ownership, and enjoys solving problems before they become problems.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    * Forecasting demand fluctuations and communicating changes to suppliers within agreed lead times

    * Collaborating closely with stock control and goods-in teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and support smooth daily manufacturing

    * Analysing product and goods wastage, identifying trends, and recommending cost-saving opportunities or pack size improvements

    * Converting sales forecasts into actionable production plans in partnership with the sales team

    * Supporting monthly supply reviews with production and contributing to weekly planning meetings

    * Monitoring supplier performance, investigating service level issues, and leading conversations to drive improvement

    * Managing non-moving and de-listed stock, making commercially sound clearance decisions

    * Attending forecasting meetings with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely supply into site

    * Leading the quarterly forecasting process across manufacturing and sales teams

    * Planning for new product development (NPD) and seasonal demand peaks

    What We’re Looking For

    This role will suit someone who is:

    * Highly organised with strong attention to detail

    * A confident communicator, able to build relationships internally and externally

    * Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate challenges

    * Analytically minded, comfortable working with data, spotting trends, and identifying variances

    * Commercially aware, with a focus on efficiency, cost, and service levels

    * Calm under pressure, able to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment

    * Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, production, and suppliers

    Benefits:

    * Free parking

    * On-site parking

    * On-site Gym

    * 3pm Finish on Friday

    Why Join?

    You’ll be joining a business where supply chain isn’t just operational, it’s strategic.

    Your ideas will be heard, your impact will be visible, and your work will directly support a business scaling at pace. If you’re looking for a role where you can grow, influence, and be part of something ambitious, this is it
