Our client, a well-established manufacturing and distributor within the fast-paced moving consumer goods (FPMCG) sector, is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead their team in Chadderton. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the management of inventory, goods-in, and dispatch.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Optimize workflow processes and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
Supervise and support team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle administrative tasks related to warehouse management, including record-keeping and reporting.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with team members.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and documentation.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in computer systems and warehouse management software is an advantage.
Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and challenges.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
