The Role - Education and Training

In this role, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Monitor progress and use assessment effectively to inform teaching
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support pupil achievement
Inspire a love of learning and encourage pupils to reach their full potential
Contribute positively to the wider school community

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a QTS
Has recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Has a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
Builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
Can commute to Dunstable
Is committed to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
