Key Responsibilities - SEN Teaching Assistant, Ware
Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with profound and complex needs
Assist with personal care where required (e.g. feeding, toileting, mobility support)
Support communication using tools such as PECS, Makaton, or visual aids
Help implement individual education and care plans (EHCPs)
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff

Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred)
Understanding of profound and complex needs (e.g. PMLD, ASD, physical disabilities)
