About the Role
We are currently seeking an organised and detail-focused Export Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis. For the right candidate, there is strong potential for this role to become a full-time permanent position.
This is a key role supporting the smooth and compliant movement of products across UK and international markets within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an export administrator you will be responsible for;
Manage export documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and customer requirements
Process and administer customer orders using SAP and other systems
Raise and manage purchase orders
Coordinate shipments with logistics providers and internal teams
Liaise with customers regarding orders, documentation, and queries
Ensure all products meet retailer, legal, and country-specific export requirements
Maintain traceability records in line with company and regulatory standards
Work closely with Technical, Planning, Logistics, and Production teams
Support the resolution of shipment or documentation issues efficiently
Deliver high levels of customer service through clear communication and accuracySkills & Experience Required
To be successful for the position as an export administrator;
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident using SAP and customer management systems
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilitiesDesirable Experience
Previous experience in export administration or food manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
Full training and support ("buddying up") will be provided until you are fully confident in the roleAbout You
