Location: Borehamwood
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with strong Plumbing skills to join a responsive repairs and maintenance team working across social housing properties in Borehamwood.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for consistent, long-term work with a well-established social housing maintenance contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
Diagnosing and repairing a variety of plumbing issues
Completing general multi-trade repairs and maintenance works
Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
Accurately recording completed works and materials usedRequirements
Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative
Strong Plumbing experience is essential
Multi-trade experience is required
Additional skills in carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating or flooring would be advantageous
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience working within social housing, domestic maintenance or responsive repairs environments
Ability to work independently and manage your own workloadWhat's on Offer?
