As Children’s Homes Manager, you will:
Lead the registration and opening of the new home
Recruit, develop, and manage the staff team
Deliver high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people
Ensure full regulatory compliance
Manage budgets, staffing, occupancy, and performance
Promote a strong culture of safeguarding and continuous improvementWhat we need from you:
Experienced Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready for promotion
Ideally experienced in opening and registering new children's homes
Minimum 2–3 years' experience within children's residential leadership
Good or Outstanding Ofsted track record
Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification completed or in progress
Ability to work independently and lead a stand-alone service
Strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory compliance
Willingness to attend management meetings and interviews at the Head Office in PontefractAt Service Care Solutions we also offer a £250 bonus for referrals!
