Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with strong Plastering skills to join a responsive repairs and maintenance team working across social housing properties in Borehamwood.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson seeking consistent, long-term work with a reputable social housing maintenance provider.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
Completing plastering repairs to a high standard
Undertaking a range of general multi-trade maintenance tasks
Delivering excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
Accurately recording completed works and materials usedRequirements
Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative
Strong Plastering experience is essential
Additional trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating or flooring would be advantageous
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience working within social housing, domestic maintenance or responsive repairs
Ability to work independently and manage your own workloadWhat's on Offer?
