The Role
As a Supervisor, you'll lead by example and help ensure the store delivers an outstanding customer experience every day.
This is a part-time role, working 22.5 hours per week. The successful candidate needs to be flexible across Monday to Saturday, with the store closed on Sundays.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and elevate customer service standards within the store.
Ensure company and brand standards are consistently met, following all health and safety guidelines.
Achieve store and company KPIs.
Support the day-to-day running of the store.
Help create a positive, professional and customer-focused environment.About You
Enthusiastic and energetic, with a passion for delivering great service.
Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, leisure or another service-focused environment.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to drive productivity during quieter trading periods.
Comfortable taking responsibility and supporting the wider team.
