An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join a growing and ambitious HVAC business based in North Lanarkshire.
Following continued growth and investment, our client is looking to appoint a driven and commercially minded professional to take ownership of customer relationships, drive business development, and support the next stage of the company's growth journey.
This is a standalone position offering genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant impact within the business.
The Role
Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing customer relationships while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
You will become a key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting the company's commercial growth objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
* Identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
* Proactively generating and securing new business opportunities
* Conducting client meetings and site visits
* Preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations
* Working closely with operational teams to ensure customer expectations are met
* Maintaining accurate records and pipeline activity through CRM systems
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
* Building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated, organised, and commercially focused individual who thrives when given ownership and responsibility.
As this is a standalone role, the successful candidate must be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage their own workload effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience within an HVAC, Building Services, Facilities Management, or Mechanical Services business
* Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and account management
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Experience developing new business opportunities alongside managing existing accounts
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive and driven approach to work
* Full UK Driving Licence
