Project Director - Data Centres

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major data centre programme within a multi-phase development.
This position will take ownership of a significant project within a wider programme of works, requiring strong leadership across delivery, client management, commercial performance, and operational execution through to completion in mid-2027.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and within budget, whilst developing and maintaining strong client relationships across all stages of delivery.
We are seeking an individual with an established background operating within complex project environments who can provide clear leadership across multidisciplinary teams and drive successful outcomes within technically demanding sectors.
Essential Experience
* Previous Project Director or senior project leadership experience
* Proven data centre project delivery experience
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability
* Commercially aware with experience managing programme performance
* Must be located within a commutable distance of the project location north of High Wycombe due to site requirements
