How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Title:
    Dynamics 365 Business Central Account Manager

    Salary:
    £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Commission

    Location:
    UK based – Midlands / South preferred
    Hybrid working with customer travel

    Role:
    WeDo are working with an established Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner who are continuing to grow their customer base and commercial team.
    They are looking for a relationship-focused Account Manager who understands the Dynamics ecosystem and enjoys building long-term partnerships with customers.
    This is not a high-volume transactional sales environment. The focus is on understanding customers, identifying opportunities and helping organisations get maximum value from their technology investment.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage and grow relationships across an existing customer base
    Identify opportunities for additional solutions and services
    Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
    Work closely with consulting and delivery teams
    Understand customer challenges and align suitable solutions
    Support customer strategy and long-term account growth
    Represent the business as a trusted commercial advisorRequired Skills:

    Experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
    Previous account management, customer success or sales experience
    Strong relationship-building skills
    Ability to have commercial conversations with customers
    Understanding of ERP projects and services
