How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

This is a role for HR professionals who enjoy being hands-on. You’ll have broad HR generalist experience and be looking for a role where you’ll be part of a small team with exposure to a wide range of projects.

You’ll be supporting an international population and dealing with ER across several countries. The population is under 500 employees, and you’ll work closely with TA and L&D, while also getting exposure to more strategic projects led by the HRD and HRM. These projects could range from engagement initiatives and DEI programmes through to wider people projects across the business.

You’ll also oversee the monthly payroll process with Finance and their outsourced provider, administer total reward internationally, and ensure your employee population remains legally compliant across their respective countries.

This is a company that makes a genuine effort to look after its people. That could be something as simple as a massage at your desk or a gym membership. Equally, they recognise the practicalities of everyday life - if you want to avoid peak commuting times and start earlier or later, you can. If you cycle or run to work, there are facilities to freshen up and grab a shower. They’ve recently moved into modern offices in a great part of the City and operate a hybrid model of 2–3 days in the office.

The organisation recognises that outcomes matter more than micro-management, and keeping processes simple and effective just makes sense. They want systems and ways of working that enable people rather than slow them down.

It’s clear when speaking to people why they enjoy working there. They’ve created an environment that works for their teams. Retention is strong, and they’re looking for people who want to grow with the business and are seeking a long-term move rather than a short-term stopgap.

    The must-haves:

    • International HR experience

    • Payroll processing experience

    • Comfortable working with HR data and reporting

    • Strong ER experience, supporting a corporate population.

In return the salary is between £55,000 and £65,000

    Discretionary bonus

    Health Package

    Gym Membership

    25 day holiday

The opportunity to work days abroad.
