Main Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs and introducing how the companies solutions can support their business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching target organisations and recognising where you can add value.
- Proactively reach out to prospect customers through an omni-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to generate brand awareness and interest.
- Support the development of pitches and proposals, contributing ideas and helping shape engaging solutions.
- Book discovery calls and drive the sales process with senior members of the sales team, ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey.
- Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to support lead generation, campaigns and account development.
