HR Analyst – Graduate / Entry-Level Opportunity

I’m partnering with a global financial services firm to hire an HR Analyst into their growing HR team – a fantastic opportunity for either:
- A recent graduate with a relevant degree (HR, Business, Psychology, etc.), or
- Someone with up to 12 months’ HR/Admin experience within a corporate environment looking to build their career
This is a brilliant first step into a broad, hands-on HR role within an international, fast-paced environment.
The Role:
You’ll support the HR function across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders globally. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
- Managing HR data, systems, and reporting (e.g. Absence, performance, diversity)
- Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
- Handling HR queries and maintaining the HR inbox
- Supporting global onboarding and offboarding processes
- Contributing to HR projects and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- A relevant degree or early HR / admin experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Interest in developing a career in HR
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Solid Excel / Microsoft Office skills
